The Porsche Design Advent Calendar is no more the world’s most expensive Advent calendar … the new challenger is a beautifully thought-out mixture of diamonds, design and art.
The filigree artwork made of glass contains 24 precious diamonds as well as 100 ¼-carat diamonds, having a total weight of approximately 81 carats. All diamonds are, of course, certified by the most recognized gemological laboratories in the world, which are the Antwerp Institute of Gemmology (HRD) and the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
The purchase price is $32,68 million (€2.5 million) … plus VAT!!!
This includes an exclusive piece of jewelry designed by the renowned jewelry maker Biegel Schmuckdesign located in Frankfurt am Main.
The calendar, which has already been registered with the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s most expensive Advent calendar.
